Planned Redensification
Based on the existing potential of the property and the existing urban development situation of the neighborhood, the owners intend to add two stories to each building. The current stacked storey will be removed. The additions will have a pergola on the inner courtyard side, which will connect the two staircases and thus ensure the 1st and 2nd escape routes. Family-friendly and residential value-added elevators contribute to the accessibility of the new floors, as well as the existing apartments.
Ecological Concept
The majority of the ground areas consist of a vegetated area with a ground connection. Areas capable of infiltration are provided. Natural moisture regulation increases the residential value of the development. Children's playgrounds, pathways and green areas increase the quality of the inner courtyard and the residential value for the tenants. Likewise, the current parking spaces in the courtyard will be removed and the ground surface will be unsealed.
