Before construction begins, the project is digitally visualized and all project participants, especially the client, can participate in the planning process by contributing their specifications and wishes.

The customer receives exactly what he sees and orders in the visualizations. As BIM software we use REVIT of the manufacturer Autodesk since 2009. For virtual object walk throughs and visualizations we work with LUMION 11. Every small planning change on the model is immediately taken into account in the masses and costs, so that the client can immediately see the effects of his decision and later no rude awakening in the cost development has to be accepted.
