Our range of services includes Project Planning in accordance with HOAI and Project Management nach AHO. Das Spektrum umfasst dabei die gesamte Vielfalt des architektonischen Gestaltens: Vom Konzept über den Entwurf und die Detailplanung bis hin zur Realisierung. Die Planung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten verstehen wir als einen integralen Prozess. Interdisziplinäre Teamarbeit, ganzheitliche Betrachtung und die teamübergreifende Anwendung von BIM (Building Information Modeling) sind hierbei die Eckpfeiler des Projekterfolgs. BIM stellt nicht nur eine Revolution für den Erfolg von internationalen Großprojekten dar, es ist auch für kleinere und mittlere Projektgrößen eine große Erleichterung, bei der vor Baubeginn das Projekt digital visualisiert wird und alle Projektbeteiligten, vor allem der Bauherr sich durch seine Vorgaben und Wünsche in den Planungsprozess einbringen kann. Die im 3D Modell gewonnenen Massen stehen somit für belastbare Ausschreibungen zur Verfügung. Die hilfreichen Visualisierungen erleichtern es dem Bauherrn seine Wünsche und Ziele zu vermitteln. Der Kunde erhält genau das was er in den Visualisierungen sieht und bestellt. Als BIM Software verwenden wir seit 2009 REVIT of the manufacturer Autodesk since 2009. For virtual object walk throughs and visualizations we work with LUMION 11. Planning objectives, costs, deadlines and qualities are determined in a way that is reliable from the first day of planning and controlled until the building is completed. Every small planning change on the model is immediately taken into account in the masses and costs, so that the client can immediately see the effects of his decision and later no rude awakening in the cost development has to be accepted.

We support the investments of our clients through technical asset analyses. Conversion or expansion potentials, repair measures, inventory maintenance measures, revitalisation measures are compared, analysed and implemented for the portfolio. In doing so, we contribute our knowledge in the fields of property planning and project management.

Through creative conversion concepts we achieve increased space efficiency and a demand-oriented conversion of your property, thus increasing the value of your portfolio. We take into account applicable development plans, monument protection requirements, ownership structures, building law issues and fire protection requirements.

Subsequently, we consider different implementation concepts. We attach great importance to the clarification of the question of implementing the construction measure during ongoing operations.
